Your role
As a Global Strategic Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering directly with our North American and European sales team, helping enterprise leaders envision how our solution transforms the way they manage their workforce and teams. In this influential role—among the first regional solutions consultants—you will creatively engage prospects, navigating complex buying cycles, stakeholder alignment, and change management scenarios to guide customers toward successful outcomes.
Your role is part advisor, part facilitator, and part coach: you will actively support and contribute to building a high-performing Solution Consulting team as we scale the region. This role reports directly to our global Head of Solution Consulting, located at our global headquarters in France.
Your responsabilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to our Strategic Sales team to build winning strategies, demonstrating deep understanding of client business challenges, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Creatively engage with prospects through consultative selling techniques, driving discovery conversations and strategic solution workshops aimed at aligning stakeholders around common vision and promoting effective change management.
• Own, lead and deliver executive product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to C-suite and senior decision-makers. Confidently connect platform capabilities directly to the client's strategic objectives and business value, reinforcing credibility and trust.
• Serve as the trusted advisor guiding complex enterprise SaaS engagements; craft differentiated value propositions and ROI analyses aligned with clients' strategic priorities. Collaborate closely with your Sales counterpart delivering compelling, customized client narratives to RFPs and prospect inquiries.
• Develop impactful strategic account plans alongside account executives to strengthen client engagements, drive market and account expansions, and best position Whoz solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer within Whoz, sharing client feedback and market insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to less senior colleagues and future team hires, playing an active role in building, scaling, and growing the presales organization in North America.
Your profile
- 7+ years of enterprise presales consulting, solutions engineering, or consultative selling experience—mandatory experience in enterprise SaaS solutions required; HCM or Talent Management solution experience strongly preferred as a plus.
• Demonstrated success using consultative, value-based selling methodologies in enterprise environments that involve complex stakeholder alignment, organizational change management, and extended sales cycles.
• Experience navigating complex buyer dynamics, stakeholder consensus building, and organizational change initiatives at enterprise-level organizations.
• Collaborative team player, able to successfully contribute in a supportive team environment focused on shared goals, continuous learning, and client success.
• Previous experience directly coaching, mentoring, or leading teams preferred; passion and aptitude for supporting the growth of junior colleagues.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including at senior-executive and c-suite levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working autonomously in a rapidly evolving and early-stage regional presales team.
• Prior exposure to international or multi-cultural business environments is preferred.
• Fluent English required; fluency in French highly appreciated.
