To best meet our clients' needs, we are recruiting a Senior Partner Solution Consultant (F/M/X)
Your role
As a Senior Partner Solution Consultant at Whoz, you’ll have a central role not only in supporting sales efforts and client relationships, but also in proactively shaping and scaling our solution consulting model, partner enablement approach, and buyer enablement strategy. Working closely with our Head of Solution Consulting, you’ll help imagine, design, and implement scalable processes and practices to engage, educate, and empower an expanding customer base and a growing partner ecosystem.
Your responsabilities
• Lead engaging discovery workshops to deeply understand prospects' organizational challenges, clearly identify impactful use cases, and deliver compelling tailored solution presentations and executive-level demonstrations that effectively communicate the unique value of the Whoz platform to business and technical audiences.
• Provide expertise throughout the entire sales cycle, supporting the sales team by managing functional responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals and ensuring clear alignment between customer needs and Whoz's differentiated capabilities.
• Work closely with the Head of Solution Consulting to proactively imagine, design, and implement scalable internal processes and high-impact enablement programs, actively supporting our Sales and Alliances teams by proposing ideas, frameworks, and tools that effectively educate, empower, and onboard prospects, buyers, and partners.
• Creatively design engaging and effective digital enablement assets (such as presentations, product videos, solution briefs, and playbooks) that clearly communicate value, simplify the buying journey, and accelerate scalable adoption for both buyers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) and external stakeholders (partners, buyers), successfully managing multi-stakeholder and multi-project engagements with tight deadlines.
• Support the go-to-market strategy in the region through public presentations and product demonstrations.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing field feedback with internal teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Play a key role in the success of a our rapidly scaling solution consulting practice and help shape improvements to our processes.
Your profile
• Required experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in solution consulting within a SaaS company, system integrator or consultancy firm. Prior experience in a previous partner/enablement role is a plus.
• Focused on solutions and value: Skilled in analyzing customer challenges and breaking them down into exploitable use cases to design optimal, tailor-made solutions. Ideally: Experience in value-based selling.
• Proven experience enabling partners and buyers with engaging digital content, including experience in digital asset creation (such as presentations, demonstrations, case studies, solution guides, and videos).
• Experience supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies, ideally with exposure to demand-generation efforts and campaign support.
• Strong ability in effectively managing internal and external multi-stakeholder relationships, navigating complexity, and aligning interests across different groups.
• Comfortable working autonomously with an intrapreneurial mindset, demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and proactivity in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.
• Strong value-selling mindset: skilled at analyzing client issues, identifying impactful use cases, and creating compelling solution narratives.
• Executive Relationships: Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts. Ability to build relationships with customer executives while coordinating with stakeholders on account objectives and engagements.
• Team Spirit for Growth: Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. Independent and proactive, you bring creativity and adaptability to your role. At ease in an international setting, you have full proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
